Tim O'Bryant was THE BEST real estate agent we have ever worked with, and we're in our 70's! He called just 3 business days after i talked to Jeff Erdman. Engaging, professional super experienced and brilliant. Everything he suggested we do was perfect, as evidenced by the 4th offer we received after 2 days of showings. 2% over asking price or an additional $7500.00! He was just as brilliant as our buying agent..we signed a contract for the new home 5 days after accepting the offer on our previous home.
