She was always available and very personable. We told her we were unfamiliar with the process. We weren't told how and when to send earnest money. The title company threatened to sue us over $200 option money we didnt pay on time. We were getting emails, texts, calls from multiple people asking for signatures and money. I feel like our realtor should have been the point of contact so we weren't dealing with so many people individually. It was confusing and, ultimately, led to us to get scammed out of $32k. She told us after the fact that we shouldn't send any money without checking with her first but it was too late at that point.

We feel that our real estate agent could have done a better job negotiating on our behalf.
While he did reply promptly to our phone calls, we are not happy about the post occupancy terms and not negotiating a daily rate if the seller remained after the 30 day post occupancy agreement. That daily rate was left blank and the $2000.00 money in escrow should have been a higher amount in order to give the seller an incentive to move out after the 30 post occupancy deadline.

Jabril is the bomb. He is a good listener which was important to us so we knew he understood our requirements for our new home, as well as wish list items. A realtor is helping you make one of the most expensive and stressful purchases in your life. Not only from a financial perspective but where you want to live and start new wonderful memories. Jabril was outstanding in every respect of this process.
