She did not understand the business, at the end of closing it took more than 24 hours to key the property keys after closing. The previous owner removed the working refrigerator during that time. She never called me back after I told her about things being not right. She didn’t even come to the property to investigate. I would hope this organization would if possible do a better job of vetting their real estate agents.

Oh how me and Cayden loved us some Tina. Few agents are as passionate as Mrs. Tina. Tina truly broke down every step for me through the process, explained them in depth, and answered all 9,758 questions I asked pertaining this home. I’m very grateful for the opportunity to work with her, and I’m blessed to have had her beside me from the day she showed me my new home, to the relatively fast process of closing on it a day or so ago. Tina understands us ol’ veterans, and has a solid grip on the daily struggles of life as a law enforcement officer. She fights for her buyers, and ensures we get the best deal possible. As a new veteran, and relatively new cop, I’m very grateful for her commitment to Cayden and I, and look forward to hopefully hosting her for a good slab of ribs and a cold drink come summertime.
