Knowledgeable but often discussed using other mortgage options outside of Veterans United. Talked about all of his money and his houses and his out of state business. All of which made me extremely aware he was only in it for HIS paycheck at the end. I voiced my concerns to my team about halfway into the process and asked if it was common for realtors to recommend leaving VU. I was told it would be addressed.

Maricris Flores was also patient and very helpful. Although she made us work on searching online for properties by ourselves (in a good way), it helped us understand what we are really looking for a home. She has always been prompt on getting us the answers we needed and notifying us of any updates specially when it's time to close. We appreciate her giving us her opinions and observations of the homes we checked out.

Chad Jones was great to work with. I truly felt like I had someone rooting for me. He made this experience a lot less stressful. He made sure we stayed up to date on any and all changes taking place.
