Rebecca consistently adjusted her search parameters and sent the occasional home that did not fit into our search criteria without us feeling like she was overstepping or being unrealistic. Because of her reaching outside our criteria, we ended up finding a perfect house. She was very easy to contact. Our Massachusetts reps on the other hand were unrealistic, did not listen to us well, and were very difficult to contact.

Tiana was the best. Intuitive, calm, responsive and pleasant to be around. I really felt like she cared. I was very impressed with her ability to know what i actually wanted versus what I thought I wanted, and direct the focus in those directions. I ended up in a house I wouldn’t Have chosen if not for her influence. She is also very humble because I know she will say I am giving her too much credit.

Catalina was/is absolutely fantastic! She made sure we understood everything at all times. She realized that we always show up early everywhere and started to do the same. She is friendly and out going. She never once made us feel stupid about asking a question. She never rushed us or tried to "sell" a house that she knew wasn't what we wanted.
