Neither my husband now I felt Matthew was great help to us. It really felt that the moment we were under contract he was very unwilling or reluctant to help us out and get us information. He wasn’t personable at all, didn’t really get to know us or make the home buying process as exciting as it should be, especially as a first time homebuyer. Overall, I didn’t feel he was very professional and it often felt he was just hoping to do the bare minimum, which was very unfortunate. This really just made it frustrating since my husband and I are not from the area and are currently living in another state. We don’t know the home but I no process or Texas like he does annd really hoped he would’ve been more helpful in those areas and advocated better for us. We really were relying on the insights and knowledge of someone from the area. There were times his answers to us and our requests were simply a screenshot between him and the sellers agent and didn’t always thoroughly address our concerns or requests. It didn’t feel he had our best interest in mind. Overall, our real estate agent is the only part of our experience with Veteran’s United we were unhappy with. The rest of the team was fantastic.

My Realtor agent, Ursula Zahn, provided exceptional customer service through her diligent efforts in matching properties to my specific requirements and preferences. She efficiently coordinated viewings for over 20 homes and demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of VA purchasing guidelines and property availability within the Vero Beach area. Her responsiveness was exemplary, promptly addressing all communications—including more than 50 emails, texts, and calls—and effectively coordinating with property managers and other agencies to facilitate timely access to homes. Ursula also managed all correspondence regarding seller agreements and connected me with reputable contacts for HOA management, pest control, and home inspections. She collaborated seamlessly with Premier Title Partners of Florida to schedule the closing date. Ursula’s attention to detail and commitment to my best interests greatly contributed to a smooth and successful home selection process. It was truly a pleasure working with her.

The agent assigned to me was incredibly productive and Jessie really did a great job. After closing, I still had one or two things come up within days of closing that she still continued to work with me on. In all she gave peace of mind as I dealt with some family matters out of state while offering a price and negotiating with the seller, as well as going back and forth constantly with paperwork. It was really Jessie that allowed the entire home buying experience to be as exciting and enjoyable as it was.

Cathie Richards is a gem and knows real-estate! When I found my home I notified her early that morning that I had to get a showing! By 10am she had me the 1st showing that afternoon and I was under contract before 5pm. Towards the end of my purchase that I had to text her well after normal business hours and she responded right back and had an answer the next morning. Great team player! I could t have done this without her.

OMG Shelle was the biggest help and so patient!! We started on fire then we fizzled until we found the house that we loved. I contact her and said we think we found it how soon can you get us in to look at it. We looked at it in 2 days and put the offer in. She was there every step of the way and just a phone call or text away. She is the best!!

She is a good listener and goes far and beyond to be helpful. We would highly recommend Jessica Brooks to anyone we know who will buy anywhere within her Realty area for her knowledge and detailed efficiency.
