We were a week out from closing and he changed his phone number but never informed me, which resulted in me contacting my agent that was helping me sell my home (shoutout Riley Culver for being awesome) and she was able to get me in contact with his office and subsequently him. It was a stressful nervewrecking couple of days as deadlines approached and I couldn't get a hold of him.

Was helpful and always answered her phone.
She could be pushy on getting me to buy a house. I didn’t feel like she was on my side. There were also errors that cost me money for repairs not listed appropriately.

The closing ended up being a frustrating experience. Tasks in the contract were not lent and items listed on the contract went missing. My realtor refused to compensate me. I did not receive any keys from the title company when I signed. It took over 3 days of negotiating to convince my realtor to allow me to do a final walk through- even though it is in my contract. I would not recommend her!

Philip Gottlieb was outstanding. I worked with 3 other's in the past and none held a candle to Philip. He was not only helpful but very knowledgeable. Philip knew the answer to almost every question I had asked, and what he didn't know he was quick to find the answer. I will be recommend Philip Gottlieb to anyone that talks to me about buying a house.
