North Carolina Agent was 10/10
Utah Agent was 1/10Rikki (Utah agent):
Failure to place offer correctly (contingency offer): caused 99% of all issues, including:
1. Having to pull offer due to timeline crunch.
2. Having to resubmit offer and place $2k more of earnest money.
3. Having to sign over earnest money as non-refundable.Failure to pay attention to detail: paperwork was filled out incorrectly, and had to be kicked back. Paperwork was listed as a counter offer instead of addendum after we were under contract (after my wife and I caught it). After document was "corrected", the same issue was caught on the document that we kicked back. (It took two tries for them to get it right).Failure to be honest. Rikki wasn't transparent between what she was saying to sellers agent and what she said to us.Failure to follow simple instructions: I asked Rikki to both reach out and communicate on my behalf, failure to do so. Waited till I forced her to communicate that we needed to push the closing date.Failure to communicate: I had to drive progress by forcing everyone to talk in an email chain. Failed to return my calls.Failure to explain: Rikki and her team would send us paperwork to sign without an explanation why or what it was for.Rikki 1/10. I would not let my Marines use her as a realtor.

Unfortunately, the original agent I was assigned to did not do anything whatsoever to assist me during this process. I lost several months and thousands of dollars as the agent was thoroughly disconnected and did not follow any of the preliminary instructions provided. I truly would hope no other Veteran would have to suffer from this inattentive and inconsiderate behavior I had to deal with. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT exposing another Veteran to this agent services. Literally, I was able to get a home in the same location/area this individual blatantly told me there was no inventory available in an attempt to sell me on a community outside of the requested area/price point. This was all in spite of the same information I sent over to her for review at the onset.Enter Sarah Gibson. She was a breath of fresh air as she instantly came aboard and saved the moment. She took the information I provided and listened to my needs and concerns. Sarah was able to lock down the available units in the communities I recommended immediately, as well she proactively provided options for comparable communities. She was always three steps ahead of me and blazed an unforgettable trail in us making it to the closing date without any challenges. Extra special salute to Aliese and Brandon for assisting us both during this historical journey.FYI, My rating is NOT a reflection of Sarah Gibson (Aliese, Brandon) as her services for me were beyond outstanding. Rating them as a 10 would be less than half of what was displayed. Rated 25! Very grateful for their support!

We struck gold when we were assigned Stacy as our realtor. My wife was a huge fan from the beginning, from sending us amazing choices to start with and finding us the gem we closed on and can now call our family home. Working with our distance and schedule, Stacy was instrumental in our decision.

Jane Vallarta means the world to me. She is the most amazing most committed realtor ever and I mean that. A home run hitter, never ever a quitter and always has the solution. You should be proud to have her as an agent. She is family now. Thanks Jane, echale chingasos.

Everyone says the home buying process is long over drawn boring and extremely stressful. I can not say the same. Andy and Sommer made this experience nothing but fun. They are truly amazing and we can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done.
