Jackie York is highly knowledgeable and was always responsive to questions via texting or email- which for me, was one of the most important aspects of having a realtor. If I ever had a concern or question, she would take the time to call and explain things in detail.

Did not tell us about a bedroom in the house smelling like rodents and urine when he showed the house to us during virtual walkthrough. This was not on the home inspection either.
Realtor knew we were PCS ‘ing to Ft. Liberty and needed a ready to move in home. The house needed to be sanitized and we should have been made aware of the rodents that were being kept in the home.Realtor asked for a copy of the new appraisal to “close” our account after the house was purchased.I do not recommend the realtor to any Military service members or Veterans who are trying to purchase in the area of Fayetteville NC.

Found my Real Estate Agent on my own, as the first one that was recommended to me through Veterans United was a complete joke and not helpful at all.Mike was amazing, attentive, and helpful in all ways. Could tell he definitely had my back and wanted to help me as much as possible.

Not only did Victoria Pettinato find us a wonderful home, I asked her if she wouldn’t mind if she wouldn’t mind being my agent in selling my “old” home. Even though it was some distance away, she sold it 10 days after we vacated! ‘Nuff said!

Dan Reynolds and his team are very knowledgeable and quick with the responses. I really liked how you can just text them any time of the week and they will reply. Dan is really experienced and is familiar with the area that he is selling. I also liked how he is not trying convince you to buy a house you don’t like, he will let you explore and make sure you get the house that you like!
