There were times where I felt that we were being left in the dark, or that we were being required to do the legwork and for me this was a lot different because when I bought my first house, I didn’t have to do any of the legwork, and my realtor took care of all of it, and so being given task that I wasn’t given before our being told to ask about documents that I feel could’ve been ask for by my realtor was just a different experience. There were also times where she would say that she would call me back or let me know and bit of information and I wouldn’t hear from her unless I called her back.

There was time I was frustrated with the process. There was one house I wanted to put in another offer but she never completed. Overall she was very nice and got the job done

She didn’t do any of the legwork. We found our house, and we did all of the legwork. And it could be because she was not familiar with the area we were in.

Communication wasn't that great

Leah was very helpful and willing to go out of her way to show me various properties. In the end, she also was an advocate for me on cash to close. She gave up $400 of her commission for me! Wow, who does that?!! She is very kind, compassionate, and good at her job! She even had a surprise for me. A gift for my new home. Absolutely, worthy of A Standing Ovation!

Andy was awesome to work with! He is very on top of everything and given the almost impossible timeframe I gave him, he worked through it all and closed on time. Just fantastic. Andy is super cool and willing to go the extra mile! I don’t think I would’ve had a better experience with anyone else. You should give Andy a raise!

Since this was a new build and very little negotiation was involved, we did not really need Chad's services. Still, he was very professional and I was glad he was there during my final walkthroughs of the home.
