Communication was very poor. We went weeks in between without speaking. My agent did not make my final walkthrough and his colleague was suppose to show up but never did. I would not recommend anyone to use this agent

Debby Brown is one professional Real Estate Agent. We had to move quickly on the home we wanted to buy and we did not have an agent in the city we were wanting to move to. We called Billy and he had his Concierge team, led by Nick, locate one that was an approved VA Agent and we got the best, Debby! She was so good! We made an offer the same day, it was accepted as submitted and she "held our hand" every step of the way.
