My real estate agent, Dave Strassman, was amazing. He was the only solid and reliable help I had throughout the entire process. He was able to provide me information before it was too late - which had happened by other Veteran's United members.
Dave, was even more accurate on the process, requirements, expectations than any information I had received from my Veteran's United personnel. On a couple of occasions, they had told me 1 set of information, and Dave told me differently. Each time, when it came to it, Dave's information was correct, and all I got from Veteran's United after the fact was: "Oh, yeah what I said wasn't correct."

Terry was incredible. He was ALWAYS available, understood the time constraints of my move and availability to view homes. He understood the need to explain so many aspects of this process because I am a first time home buyer and really ran with helping me through the process. He had amazing recommendations in regard to every process as well. I WILL be recommending him in the future and highly encourage the VU team to use him in the future.

We had a struggle at first with the first real estate agent assigned that unfortunately just wasn’t the right fit for us, not veterans united fault by any means, but the second recommendation we got was great and we were very happy him and his honesty and promptness.
