Joe was nice and meant well, and did try to be helpful through the process. We also understand he worked with us for a while as we just weren’t finding the home we were looking for within our budget and were willing to wait for what we wanted. Occasionally it could feel as if he was rushing us to buy something. Not necessarily towards any one specific home but more a general feeling of needing to make a decision on a home sooner rather than later. All in all not a huge deal, but could be uncomfortable at times.

Michael Grossholz will help you assess your needs and won't steer you wrong. Throughout the process he can provide valuable insight and knowledge to make everything go as smoothly as possible. Michael is knowledgeable and super friendly which anyone who has bought or sold a home knows it's the personal touch that makes it all worthwhile. From start to finish, he made the purchase of my property a breeze. He is very attentive, responds quickly to all my questions, and maintains a positive and professional attitude throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Michael Grossholz if you are looking to sell your house or buy a new one. It makes a big difference when the agent cares about the buyer's choices, decisions, and wellbeing during the process of buying a home. It made the process enjoyable and pleasant, not stressful.
