There were some minor communication issues and a miss on changes the seller made that could have been an issue in the beginning. In the end though, even while out of the country, he did an excellent job and convinced the seller to fix some parts of the house that me and my wife required but seller originally didn’t want to do. Those actions essentially saved the process due to them being hard requirements for our side.

I didn’t feel my agent Kimberly spoke on my behalf in my voice. Her objective was to get me to table mine was to not stress and be direct. She played a mediator. I just wanted her to represent me in my voice.

Sarah was good but I felt that she could have tried to explain things better since we didn’t understand the process very well at times and we weren’t sure of some things, but overall she answered ALL the time and texted back VERY quickly!

She insulted me saying the price of the house was low. She said that probably the reason everything was going so poorly is because the price of the house is low and so no one is giving it the attention they normally would if it was for a higher amount.She does not know how to verify if a condo is VA approved. This is a huge problem because it could make a veteran lose out on a property if the agent does not know what they are doing in this respect.She lied to me and said that she had reached out to the seller's agent to get vital information we needed and later I found out that the seller's agent had never even heard from her. This leads me to believe that she has probably lied to me about a lot more that I didn't find out.She does not understand what the VA requires and does not require. She made the seller paint the ceiling saying that it was required by the VA and it wasn't! This caused a big delay with the appraisal and we could have closed sooner if the seller wasn't told to do this.She chose the title company without consulting me at all. I heard complaints from everyone involved about the title company that was chosen. My biggest issue is that their office was 40m away from the property. So nobody wanted to do the closing at the title company's office. Agreeing on a location, time, and date of the closing was a nightmare.Another big issue with the title company was that they held up our closing because a HOA document that had information that the seller could have easily gotten from their personal HOA portal. Something didn't seem right about this because the seller was even on the HOA board so it seems incorrect when I kept being told that the HOA was taking more than 10 days to get the information to the title company. Seems like I was probably being lied to about something with this but I'll never know the truth.I do believe everything I listed above is the result of Linda Lee not doing her job well. It is my opinion that she should never work with a veteran ever again.

Kathleen did an amazing job! She provided a list of homes that were all perfectly within my price range and desires with a couple of hours and was there every step of the way. She communicated with me throughout the entire process and ensured I was always well informed about what I was agreeing too, next steps, as well as her honest opinion on different properties we looked at. She referred me to a great rest of the team as well as inspector! I honestly cannot imagine a better job performance from a relator.

Emily is a hard worker who I feel went above and beyond for this sale. She always kept me informed and helped with setting up times for inspections. Emily is very professional and polite. thank you for going the extra mile to make this sale of our dream house possible. During this process Emily was my eyes and ears. I was living in Michigan during this entire process and was able to rely on her for many steps. thank you she will go far and do great things

Andrea was awesome, always on the lookout for the specificityvof my home requests. Anytime she found anything she sent the address and asked my opinion, on days i could not make it to homes, she would face time me and take pictures/videos of the property. She also teamed with Erinn to help bring my closing costs down after estimated price was way lower than final cost, they made sure i paid close to the estimated. Thank you for everything.

Nunzio was excellent. I could call or text him with a question anytime of the day or week and he would always answer promptly. It was a long process for us because the condo we fell in love with was not on the VA approval list. Nunzio kept us in the game and was in constant contact with the sellers agent. It was an emotional roller coaster, but we stuck with it and got the deal and the condo!

The realtor Randy was the best anyone could ask for. He went above and beyond to help me find the right house. He went to every house I sent him and even took videos of the walk thru pointing out flaws and perfections. Randy was professional and respectful. Words can’t explain how good/knowledgeable Randy is about his profession.
