She was not very good. Did not advocate for me at times when she should have and did not do as I asked when submitting offers in regard to the option period I asked for as well as the amount of money toward closing I asked her to put in the offer.

Only use Patrick alum for your Hawaii buyers! He went out of his way to help me a lot. He made sure the property was good to go and never once tried to “upsell “ me. He has integrity and in this world, that’s rare.
