Carlos has been the most hospitable representative that I've had dealings with. He was incredibly communicative even outside of his working hours and he and his wife went out of their way to assist me at no personal gain. I would hope going forward that VU would give Carlos as much of their business as possible, as if not for him I don't think this sale would have happened at all.

Lindsay was amazing, setting up a full day of showings to utlimately find our 'Home' for the quite forseeable future.
