What can I say about River the realtor. She was absolutely amazing. She was polite, professional, and attentive from the moment we met. Every request we made to see a new property, she made it happen. She fought for our closing costs and helped us find the best insurance for our needs. She worked tirelessly to keep the purchase a secret and close on my wife's birthday. She surprised my wife at the walkthrough with balloons, flowers, cupcakes, and tickets to the Hawks game. RIVER IS THE BEST!!

Caitlin was truly an angel. Being a military family, we weren’t able to be there to physically look at houses… She sent us video walkthroughs and was so thorough and honest it felt as if we were there in person. She was transparent, and quick with communication, and really just an amazing person all around. Briar Schultz did an amazing job. He handled coordination between the lender, the seller's agent, various third parties, and found a contractor for us on the spot to remedy a code violation that was stopping the appraisal. Answered his phone on weekends and after hours. Just above and beyond overall.

WOW, she was a hard working lady, great personality and thank god for her patients.

She sacrificed double, triple, what and where she could just to make my dream a reality.
