Mary Beth Brackin was a stellar real estate agent. I live a little further from the town she resides in but she still made sure we viewed multiple houses in my area. She kept up with recent properties for sale and answered any question I could think of. If she didn't know the answer she was quick to message someone that did. She provided clear advice for a new home owner.

Their veteran-friendly realtor used high-pressure sales tactics to secure the sale of a home in an adverse location, so that she could go on vacation for most of the underwriting process. She used lines such as "I would buy this house myself" and conversely "that's not going to hold up in court" when pressed about what was wrong with the property. She is by far the most unscrupulous woman I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Who escorts someone out of their own walkthrough when they ask important questions? Kate Vick and Liss Cartagena hid a very obvious material fact and yet threatened me with lawsuits.

Denise Mann with Keller Williams was an absolute rock star in the process! She was very knowledgeable, courteous, and always available to show any house that we showed her. We went through a few to get to the right one, but she was a warrior in getting us what we wanted! Would highly recommend her if in the Middle Tennessee area.
