The Matt Suiter team was very welcoming and helpful. Our Realtor Ron Locke was a type of guy that saw a problem before it was a problem and helpful, kind and most of all understanding. Personally I was a wreck through the entire process because it's in my nature to be that way at time's but Ron was our light house through storm protected our interest 150% pardon our french just a DAMN GOOD GUY. Kaleb White was stellar. He went above and beyond to get everything into place to get the deal closed in a short amount of time. He took care of me as a client when I came to close on the house, and when I couldn't make the trip to view the house, he made sure to get me the information I needed to purchase the home. Give this man more deals!

I wish I could say it was a pleasurable experience, but it indeed was the opposite. Unfortunately, Maggie Cooper's focus was not on me, her client, a Veteran buying his first home. It was on the seller. Every time I would ask her to ask the seller if they would consider doing something in my best interest, she wouldn't even ask the seller, she would quickly say, they're not going to do this, or they won't do it. She had negotiated on my behalf without my permission several times. She told several mistruths to sell the property I purchased, which was unethical. I am a proud Veteran and I look out for my fellow Veterans. I would not recommend Maggie Cooper to anyone.

Jaime was great to work with, really went above and beyond as I was looking at homes across a wider geographic area than I believe he normally travels. Really helped with coordinating with my abnormal schedule and finding properties I might otherwise have overlooked.
