She took the time to explain the process to us, and made sure she took our considerations and ideas about houses in to help with the process. Tonga helped us through it all and truly cared about our opinions. She completely understood exactly what we wanted! Our agent was slow to respond at the beginning, but he was always able to get the job done and never tried to sugarcoat things to us.
