A wonderful man who tried really hard. However he is very uncomfortable with technology and struggles with communicating with multiple parties. A really great guy, but I think young, first time homebuyers will struggle working with him and have to do quite a few things for themselves.
I don't want to hurt his feelings cause he tries really hard. He's just 75 years old and the technology really gets away from him.

Oscar is delightful. His down-to-earth attitude made me feel at ease. He is very quick to respond, as well as scope out the houses for us since we are buying sight unseen. I would absolutely recommend him to more buyers in the same position as my husband and I.
