We had a difficult relationship with our agent. There was a required inspection that slipped through the cracks which resulted in delays on closing. The agent made us feel terrible. The communication was not great and we struggled to work with each other.

Eric was always willing to set up appts and viewing when I was available. He made my schedule the priority.
