Ryan was extremely helpful and even more so patient with us. We had a wide range of preferences in a home and our desired location involved five different towns. We lost two houses that we really wanted due to the competitive market and he really showed how devastated he was for us that they didn’t work out. However, he kept our hopes up and thoughts positive that the right home would come up. Ultimately, we found a great first home at the perfect time and we thank Ryan for his professionalism and expertise.

Wendy was the absolute front line during all this. Her tireless effort and sound judgement caught onto the insanely low quality of the first house that was intentionally concealed, misrepresented, and not disclosed by the sellers. Despite that setback, we were still able to find and close another house in time to move in by our desired move in date.

We really appreciate everything Courtney Bolte did helping us get the perfect house. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends and family looking to buy a new home. This was my first home buying experience. Although the closing was delayed, Carolyn continued to work closely with me and help me move in early under an early occupancy agreement. She was very friendly and easy to work with. I must say that I feel grateful to have had her as my real estate agent.

Anthony Mannie was wonderful! I would recommend him to anyone. He always answered the phone if I had a question or texted me back if I messaged him! He was very welcoming and fun to be around! He seemed to genuinely enjoy his job and helping us find the right home!

Denise was great. Since i bought a house in another state i figured it would be a pain to see houses. Denise took full days when i drove in to show me 5-8 houses per day. Couldn't recommend enough. Thank Denise!!
