Josh as Sasquatch Realty Team was amazing. We were first time home buyers and Josh was able to point out the key things we need to keep an eye out for and was honest about each aspect of each home. Once we found a house we really liked, Josh was able to give us some tips to make the offer stand out and be competitive. We give Josh all the credit for us having our first and only offer accepted.

Michelle is very kind, pleasant person and she is a VERY intelligent realtor. She was patient with us during our search for a home, met with us at odd hours of the night, and even turned around on her way home from a viewing with us just to show us another home we had found. She fought for us through negotiations, got us exactly what we wanted as buyers, and then some. Incredible experience.

Rose is a firecracker! She is very experienced and knowledgeable with our home buying process. She also was reachable nearly at any time of the day or night. She is quick to call and get answers from the sellers/agents and quick to get us to see the houses. A++ in our opinion and I would most definitely request or recommend her again!

Anabelle Exline was top-shelf, excellent. She did everything to the best of her ability. From helping us with issues, showings, and fighting for us, to answering all of our questions, no matter what. Things would've been a lot harder than they already were, if we didn't have her with us during this process.

If you are fortunate enough to get Renata Kotowicz as your real estate agent, consider yourself lucky. This woman is in your corner all the way. I don't think we would have gotten a home in this very difficult market without her. Amazing hard worker and very dependable.

Tina was amazing. She was our biggest advocate in dealing with the builder and getting the builder to honor their word/ the contract. Tina guided us through a difficult process in buying our first home and always had an answer or forced the builder to answer our questions.

Darlene was amazing, she knew what we wanted and didn’t force us into a home we didn’t 10/10 love. The professionalism was on exceptional and her attention to detail was very appreciated, it definitely made our experience smooth and painless.
