Eric and Lana are the epitome of professionalism. They were involved heavily in all of the house-buying processes. They made it so easy. Eric was very cordial and easy to contact. Even when I had questions late at night or on weekends, Eric would answer immediately or call me back within a few minutes. All of Eric's recommendations made getting the house approved by the VA insanely simple. He knew exactly what needed to be done. His tentative timeline for closing was absolutely on point, down to the hour that I signed with the title company. He would send text updates, phone calls, and email religiously. I never felt like I was left out of the loop. If there was something I needed to know or complete, he never wasted any time informing me. Lana was awesome during this process as well. She was there to show me the property, always arrived when she stated she would, just as easy to contact with questions, and was always there to clarify any of the processes and paperwork. Eric and Lana are both invaluable members of Matt Smith Real Estate Group. I could not have been luckier to have them on my side. I would always recommend them others and will trust them for all future endeavors.

Christal Browning is one of the best human beings there is to work with. Above and beyond the cause of duty. I can honestly say that if it had not been for all of the things she did to assist me, that was out of her job description that I would still be waiting to go under contract. As a 1st time home buyer, I was totally green and not prepared to handle my part of the transaction on my own. She put in extra hours of her own time to help me, just because I needed it. Many, many thanks go to her.
