This was the only downside, everyone else was great. the real estate agent was very slow to respond and was not proactive. This was my first time so I wouldn't have known but I had a friend who would tell me to contact her with different things throughout the process, which for her is very reactive instead of proactive. someone who is better at dealing with newer home buyers would be better next time.

Mic was exceptional on some things but I wouldn’t ask him to be my real estate agent again. I understand that it took awhile for me to clear up some things but he also found that the other title company was holding me from buying my house for 2 months! So in return the people that I was buying the house from had two months! Now I have to wait 30 days to move in!? Sorry do not think my realtor has tried to get the keys so I can move in.
