Real estate agent was a bit friendly but a bid standoffish. He didn’t find any properties for me to look at. I did my own searches. He appeared reluctant to travel to show listing. One home I went to look at alone but there was another agent showing the home who allowed me to walk through with them. I sent the agent a text to merely said happy new year. He wasn’t even kind enough to respond. He seemed to lack interest. I didn’t feel like was interested in my best interests.

Absolutely a 10. Probably the highlight of this entire ordeal. He listened to my wants, was very upfront, professional, clear, etc. I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent. I will most likely use this specific agent in the future and will recommend him to family + friends.
