He was friendly just not very professional and seemed like it was a burden to set up certain showings because of distance and didn't follow up on certain inquiries

Susan was amazing she worked so hard and never left me hanging. I honestly don’t know if she even sleeps because it didn’t matter if it was 3am or 11pm she was always there to answer any question or to schedule a viewing. She loves veterans and their families and you don’t just get a house when you work with her you get a friend for a lifetime.

Overall he was very knowledgeable, respected what we wanted and what we were looking for, sometime a little reluctant on exactly what we wanted or stand off ish. Overall, have had worse experiences but had to ask for multiple documents after being made aware of completion from Jose and team.

Ms. Hope and Gavin were heaven sent! We were extremely nervous at the start of the process but we knew immediately that they were the team that would help us purchase our first home. We were not wrong either! We begun the process during the winter storm and it did not detour them at all. Due to us having to up and leave our last duty station so quickly, we had trust our agents. They did not let us down. We went under contract without seeing the property in person but it was only due to the outstanding job that Hope and Gavin did at thoroughlyshowing us the property via extensive videos, countless video calls, and millions of photos. When we finally saw the house for the first time, the entire family fell in love with it all over again. There is no way we will ever be able to repay them for the service they have provided to my family and I. It was a life changing experience having them by our side throughout the process.
