By happenstance, we encountered John Ingenito of Bluedoorbell Realty. We couldn't be happier about our working with John. He went over and above what a buyers agent would normally be expected to accomplish. He worked well with sellers, other agents, and VU to accomplish the goal.

Janet Miller was the referred real estate agent, and we were lucky enough to also be able to work with Nikki Atkinson as a part of our real estate team as well. Janet and Nikki worked well as a team behind the scenes and it was clear that they were in consistent communication with each other about what we were discussing. When we were connected with our real estate agent, we promptly reached out to her and she was ready and willing to schedule our first call to connect. During that call, Janet was very informative, often answering our questions before we even knew we had them. She was able to discern what we were interested in, and what we were not, very quickly and in her first list of homes was able to provide what would become our first home as home buyers. When we reached out to schedule tours of our list of homes, we were introduced to Nikki as part of our team. Janet and Nikki were able to take our, arguably long, list of homes to tour and create a feasible touring schedule that we were able to complete in one day, without feeling rushed at any home. Nikki was the agent we toured the homes with, and she quickly demonstrated how knowledgeable she is and how invested she was in our home buying process. She was able to provide insight on things to look for in the homes we were touring, what questions we may want to ask the seller’s agent, and what things we should discuss as a couple before making any decisions. Both Janet and Nikki never made us feel like we were rushed during any part of the process, and we felt like we were the most important part of the whole team. During the time we worked together, we were attempting to work through multiple major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years) while staying on a timeline that aligned with moving out of our rental home. During the home buying process, how these major holidays would affect our timeline was effectively communicated and we never felt any of the potential negative effects as our real estate team was able to schedule all necessary components around these dates in a manner that worked with our timeline. Overall, our experience with Janet and Nikki was wonderful and we would highly recommend them to anyone in the future.

Kyle Jones is a great asset to the team. Listens to client. Acts on that information. Gives his honest opinions about the communities, build quality, potential resale values, et cetera. I'll use his knowledge and cheerful "can do" spirit in any future real estate deals.
