This was our first time buying a house, so it was a little difficult to know what was standard or not. There were certainly some concerns that we verified with family friends that are also realtors at one point we are in a house and my fiancé. Said oh this hot water heater is 10 years old and she asked if that was a good thing. We did not know that her commission was negotiable. There really was no negotiation on the house that we bought. Communication was a little confusing but overall, we got the house that we wanted.

Jennifer was one of the sweetest and hardest working people Ive met in a long time. She was very knowledgable with everything, and went above and beyond to be there for me and my wife through this process. She was proactive, understanding, respectful, and empathrtic to the stressors of the process. 10/10 would work with her again.
