I’m currently serving on Active duty in the Army and stationed here in Boston. I got connected with Paul through Veterans United. Not only am I a first time homebuyer but I had less than 60 days to find a place and close. I couldn’t have done this without Paul. He made the whole process so easy and advised me without trying to convince me to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with. He is an expert with the VA home loan process and I would highly recommend him to any service member or anyone in the Boston area looking for an honest hard working realtor.

Kari was an absolute joy to work with and even throughout all my pickiness she did wonderfully! She was so kind and compassionate about everything and I think so highly of her after working with her for a bit!

Phil knew what I wanted and what my budget was and didn’t waste time with things out of my preferences. He is a great guy but also got me an amazing deal. Could not be more thankful for him.

She did the best she could with what she had! (see previous comments) Was a little disappointed that she did not come to the closing and had a few hiccups with scheduling due to her childrens' events. I get it but sometimes it felt like this was more of a side hustle and not a full time job/

What can we say? Mrs. Wyonna Baldwin was so great in every way. She was exceptional, (Outstanding). Whichever home or homes we chose to look at, she never hesitated to go to that home and show it to us; No matter where it was. She would tell us the truth whenever we would ask her a question on what something was when we saw it. She was very friendly and straight with me and my wife. She answered every question that we asked her. What really blessed us about her was this: There were different times during the day and night that we would call her, she never failed to call us back. Even when she was busy, she made it her business to get back with us.

From the beginning of the home buying process, Diana was available to us. Explaining everything and also sharing information from her experiences. This made every decision easier for us. Whenever any issue arise she talked to us about our options and she sends the appropriate form to resolve the issue. She is a true professional and I recommend her to anyone needing a real estate agent.
