Ms. Hope and Gavin were heaven sent! We were extremely nervous at the start of the process but we knew immediately that they were the team that would help us purchase our first home. We were not wrong either! We begun the process during the winter storm and it did not detour them at all. Due to us having to up and leave our last duty station so quickly, we had trust our agents. They did not let us down. We went under contract without seeing the property in person but it was only due to the outstanding job that Hope and Gavin did at thoroughlyshowing us the property via extensive videos, countless video calls, and millions of photos. When we finally saw the house for the first time, the entire family fell in love with it all over again. There is no way we will ever be able to repay them for the service they have provided to my family and I. It was a life changing experience having them by our side throughout the process.

I had an excellent experience working with my loan officer throughout the home-buying process. She was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. She kept me informed at every step, answered all my questions quickly, and made sure everything stayed on track for closing. What could have been a stressful process felt smooth and well-organized because of her dedication and attention to detail. I truly appreciate her hard work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive loan officer.
