Rachel is an absolute treasure of a human being. From the very first phone call with Rachel, we knew we were lucky. She actually listened to us, not just what she thought we’d want, but actually what we wanted. No pressure to try this house or this house, it was what we wanted. Rachel took our must haves and non negotiable’s to heart and went above and beyond to ensure we stayed in our zone. The entire process was so easy, all because Rachel kept us grounded and ensured everything was taken care of. Erica wasn’t very personable, nor did it feel like she advocated for us or was on our side. Some of the things the sellers agreed to do they did not do even thought she said she said they did. It felt like we were abandoned and not important as a client for her.

I can’t say enough great things about this mortgage company! They were absolutely outstanding from start to finish.
