Alexa Coluccio was THE PERFECT FIT for us! Meghan Kopka helped connect us, and we LOVED every interaction with Alexa. We have been in our home for a month and are still keeping in touch. I just KNOW she is invested in seeing the 1980's wallpaper come down from our 1999 house HA. She was pivotal in making connections for us, recommending licensed and insured service professionals, walking us through several homes, and providing her feedback when we had questions. The communication after initial consultation was spotty. When we changed areas of interest, it took over a week for the change to be made on our MLS distro. I would send her homes from zillow to tour virtually (which I know can be difficult from her location and the area) and would repeatedly have to ask for follow up information to know if something was done or corrected or had been scheduled.
