Serena did her job but at times felt like we had to remind her of stuff to do for us. Often times we’d get text messages with apologies and long story of why she was late or she couldn’t show up. Maybe she was tasked saturated. She’d stop communication with us until we reached out again. Felt that we lost on offers because of her lack of communication and not following up with the Sellers’s agents. We offered to swap agents since we signed an agreement with her but she said she’d prefer to push through with us. Thankfully we got our house but I wouldn’t work with her again or recommend her either.
