Dawn was incredibly helpful, attentive and professional since the first second we met her. She provided insight from her ample experience on certain details to look for in choosing a home. She was also always in constant communication with us throughout the whole process. She is very proactive in communicating with the Seller's agent and getting things done in a timely manner. Dawn also went above and beyond her realtor duties and provided skilled contractor information in the area for any future needs I might have in the new home. My wife does not speak English and she was absolutely grateful toward Dawn for always making her feel part of the conversation every time we met in person although Dawn knew my wife did not speak the language. Dawn was also a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend and work with her again in the future. Huge thank you to Dawn and God bless in her future endeavors.
