She did her job and got everything we ask for. She was nice and answered all questions. We did feel like she was leaning towards the builder's preferred lender and did not appreciate how great of a job the loan team from Veterans United did.

Jacob Carlson was someone that I plan a working with in the future. He was so so knowledgeable and very helpful every step of the way.
