She is fantastic, I wish she would have advocated a little harder for us for negotiations. However, she was able to get us a good deal in the end with a little persistence on my end.

Billy was attentive at first but I feel as if him representing both parties I didn't get the best deal and my opinion was lost. He disappeared and relied on his team to do a lot of the background work which was fine but it wasn't communicated properly in my opinion. I am a first time buyer and the process wasn't explained well.

Our real state agent Ashley Yates was absolutely amazing and always would explain every detail and what the outcome would be in very easy & understandable way! She definitely deserves so many compliments & so easy to work with!! One more thing I would like to mention and that is about her assistant Donna Cosgrove, she is absolutely super & what a great person she was in helping us whenever we had question!!!

Mr. Mayes was the best, easy going, always available, answered all of my questions and showed all the houses we asked for in one day. I only have one other buying experience, but would use Mr. Mayes again if and when needed. Truly appreciated his time and expertise.
