Nick was quick with communications and was very thorough with each walkthrough and tour that we did of various houses. I bought almost entirely remotely, and Nick went out of his way to get me all of the information I needed even from 3 states away.

Where do I begin? Our agent told us she would have us in contract within a week and we had serious doubts. 5 days later, we were in contract. She is professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and completes tasks the buyer is typically responsible for.
