Where do I begin? Our agent told us she would have us in contract within a week and we had serious doubts. 5 days later, we were in contract. She is professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and completes tasks the buyer is typically responsible for.

John (our real estate agent) was very patient with us, and charismatic. I would say we were not the easiest customers, because we started with not exactly knowing what type of house we wanted. He was pretty accurate in providing figures of expectations of cost. He also helped in clarifying details (relating to closing costs) which was much appreciated.

Mark is absolutely excellent. Will be recommending him to other people at my work as well. He would always go out of his way to look at a house or anything needed. One day i had work call me in early and could not go to 3 showings we had scheduled . He went anyway and took pictures and provided his outlook on it knowing how I’ve felt about previous showings, going above in beyond, saving me time and was always spot on. My realtor, Rosalyn, was great! She's genuinely caring and listen to what I had to say. She would give her honest input if she doesn't agree with something and that really helps new home buyers like me who doesn't really know much about all of this.
