She worked more for the seller wants instead of what the buyer (me) wanted. This was suppose to be a happy time but instead it was a nightmare. She did not find the home for me my sister did. There were long delays in communication between the sellers and myself. Had to get 3 extensions on closing because of delays on the sellers part. I asked for information to be relayed to the sellers regarding the reason for me wanting a roof and justification for a roof to be put on and the information I got my my insurance agent telling the sellers that the home was not insurable at 100% because of the roof. There are more reasons why I would NOT recommend these 2 realtors. They should be removed from the VA referral list in my opinion. I have people that will state that I was not treated fairly by these 2 realtors.
