We had some hiccups (dealing with a relocation company) in the system along the way, but Austin was always eager to help resolve any problems. My wife and I appreciated his attitude on showing us as any houses we wanted to see. He was very helpful with all of the negotiations necessary.

I can't say enough good things about Rena. She was in constant contact with us. She was incredibly patient with our endless questions, but most importantly, she always made us aware of potential problems with every house we looked at and gave us the information we needed during home visits to let us know what was good about the house, and what might be a concern to keep in mind. She never once tried to influence our decisions, but instead made sure we had all the information we needed to make an informed choice.
