At first they were great and abbey was really helpful until I realized she missed some important things in the counter offer. When I asked everything stayed the same we lost the washer and dryer in the deal. It was an oversight and ultimately put us out 1300. No real congrats at the end and it was kind of disappointing because it was my first home purchase. I know it wasn’t that expensive but what I thought was a really great agent turned out to be less than stellar. I dint work much with Jim and maybe I should have. She was nice though.
