Ms Beverly Sims is a great person but did not help. I felt as if I was doing her job. We has things that we wanted fixed that did not get fixed bc they were not asked for. She did not follow up on any paperwork and ask me to do it

There are multiple issues:1. We were supposed to have Jennifer Wolfe as our realtor but due to her being on maternity leave we received CASEY Tetman instead.2. Casey seemed inexperienced as a realtor.3. In my opinion, she wasn’t proactive during the buying process. There were issues that could have been addressed early in the buying process but items that needed to be addressed emerged close to the closing date and it caused the team to extend our close date.4. Once Jennifer Wolfe found out about these issues, she helped us out but it was too late.5. This is why in the initial comment I would recommend Veterans United but I would also caution people to seek out their own realtor.
