Anna Vidal is absolutely AMAZING! We became very close during the home search. In the beginning, this was a new process for both me and my fiance', so we did a lot of scoping out the homes in the area, taking note of the price points and the locations/neighborhoods -- we scoped for a couple months (all of March and April). We were looking for homes in the 250k-350k range, but wanted something turn key, as we noticed the homes lower in our price range didn't have everything we were necessarily looking for. As our search progressed, Anna was able to know if a home would be a good fit for us and worth consideration. In a matter of 12 days, me and Anna looked (virtually and with a 13 hour time difference) at 16 different homes! We were meeting almost everyday! We had made offers on 4 other homes before we found OUR BEAUTIFUL HOME -- and we are so glad that we got the home that we did! The whole experience, given that we are on totally different sides of the planet and amidst a global pandemic which seemed to have an effect on how normal business is conducted, was just beyond amazing! Looking for the perfect home was always a pleasure with Anna. I really valued her opinion on each home that we looked at and her attention to details, and I am forever grateful for the HOURS upon HOURS that she took for helping me and Nate find our dream home. I couldn't have imagined this process with any other realtor, and I am so eager and excited to finally get back to the States and move into my new home, and greet Anna properly (even if we have to social distance!). Thanks so so much!

Christine had a pleasant personality. We did feel she fell short with her research as a whole and her sense of urgency with getting paperwork in on time. Communication was not her strong suit. Both with us and with sellers realtor. My husband and myself felt she did not negotiate in our favor at times and it was more of a transaction for her.
As the closing date approached she was more involved. I myself did more research and found more answers on my own than she did. Bailey did more research than she did.The seller visited my husband and I after close to offer us money to have the septic pumped. Cash.
This was suppose to be written in the contract. Christine failed to do so. She called us on our way to sign papers to close to say it was not going to happen. The seller was so upset with the idea that he was being portrayed as a “low life” he came to hand deliver the cash to us. My husband and my self we not only shocked, but felt bad because the things we were told were not how he acted by giving us this money and showing up at our door to defend his character. He also took some trash he left on the property. Pretty stand up guy if you ask me. Seems both realtors dropped the ball in doing what needed to be done is the bottom line.This is just 1 of many examples of the experience that poor communication does to a close of a home.Again she was nice but just very unfortunate there were many things that were missed, never discussed, or we had to uncover our self’s.

My Real Estate Agent was Roxana Shepley (Codwell Bankers SSK) in Warner Robins, Georgia. Ms. Roxana and I connected from day one. She was very professional, honest, and definitely an expert in her field. We looked at many homes but - after much consideration, I decided on a new construction home. Ms. Roxana took the time to explain the difference between an existing home, spec home, and new construction build. Although Ms. Roxana had many other clients, she always made time for me and I never felt rushed. I learned so much from Ms. Roxana. If I had to do this again, Ms. Roxana would be my Real Estate Agent pick!

Sharee was the best . She took me to house after house until I was satisfied . She kept me up to date on every thing and she was just a great friend . I would recommend Sharee to anyone even if they weren't a veteran . She is the best . I just can't say enough about how important she was to my process .
