My real estate agent really knew what to look for when purchasing a home using a VA loan. His response were alway prompt and to the point. If ever there was a issue with anything during the walk-throughs he would call to bring the situation to light there and then. This gave me a feeling reassurance that the problem was taken care of immediately. A week after closing my real estate agent stopped by the newly purchased home to see how everything was going and to offer advice on home projects. I would recommend his services to anyone looking to purchase a home in the area.
