Karen Brown was my real estate agent, she brought a dog to the final closing, and let the dog run free. I thought this was very unprofessional. I got very confused when I had three people telling me three different things. Thankfully Caleb was there to help or I don't think I would have gotten the house. Between the VA, my real estate agent, and the title company.
