Angelica was our ROCK!!!!! Words honestly can not describe this incredible woman!! She really made us step out of our comfort zone and it worked out well. The Real Estate agent was very helpful in getting appointments set up for the various homes I interviewed through the process as well as help make pinnacle decisions where they were needed. Nice lady, very knowledgeable. I just feel like the focus was more on commissions than getting me the best deal. When the VA appraisal came back, nobody went back to the seller to offer the home at what is was apprased for. Me being a first time home buyer, this should have been important for the realtor to go back to the sellor.
