Pro: Our realtor was always available. She was timely at responding to messages and was prompt at scheduling showings when I found houses I wanted to see. She was friendly and pleasant to work with. A lot of our experience seemed to be out of her control and due to the market in our area (high demand for houses, with all houses receiving multiple offers). She really did go the extra mile in helping us come up with a good offer and even removed her commission in come cases to set our offer apart.
Con: I do not think this was intentional, but it felt like we were being pushed in certain directions at times and at the beginning we were not sure we could trust her or not. She was confusing at times. She would share a lot information that was good information but was not always relevant to the conversation we were having or the question that I asked which is why it was confusing because it made us wonder if we actually did not know what was going on. Overall, we liked her.

George, is the BEST! He took the time to tell me how the whole process will work and he was always available when I needed. I don’t want any other realtor ever except George. He made this process stress-free and fun. I felt very safe with George and his expertise. There aren’t enough positive words to say about my experience with George!

As a first time home buyer, and knowing absolutely nothing- I disclosed that information upfront. My team could've used work with communicating a little better. I didn't know who my first source to go to about specific questions was, especially for questions like what is an earnest fee, or what should I be prepared to potentially pay, do I get money back, etc. But there were steller people helping me out and going beyond the scope of their job, luckily. Brit Stanford helped me with nearly everything, and explained most of the processes that confused me, she also went beyond that and anticipated way more questions or questions I didnt know to ask as a first time home buyer. Without her guidance, I probably wouldn't have a home right now nor be in gorgeous Colorado Springs. Thanks Brit.

My only issue was that we didn’t get a final walk through before signing. Fully understanding the COVID19 pandemic. Because we didn’t do a final walk through there were a couple issues and Ronnie had those issues resolved right away.
