Bryan was excellent but his assistant Peggy gave me some issues. I couldn’t tell who she was aligned with at times. I wanted to shift my closing date one day because I couldn’t close on a Sunday. She told me that I was going to lose the home if I shifted it one day. She was trying to force me to close prior to closing date which would have been bad because they had a hurricane anyways.

We have purchased many homes in our American dream I have even made home purchases without an agent. Since we had picked out our home, area, and everything we wanted up front with our builder, we never really had a great deal of interaction with our real estate agent. I felt that there could have been better communication between us because there were times I genuinely wasn't sure if there was good exchange of information between my lender and the builder. I took it upon myself to drive that as much as I could. Since both the lender and the builder were doing so awesome in their own rights, it left very little for the agent to do - in my humble opinion.
