Probably best agent we have ever encountered anywhere.

My agent was great and very patience with me. Boyd Grainger with EXIT Landmark Reality is the best.

Thank you VU for recommending Michael Geiger, what a great agent, he knew just what we needed to do to get the house to market and walked me step by step through the process. What a great job. Truly I would recommend him to anyone purchasing or selling. a home.

Troy was so great to work with, I would definitely recommend him to friends who wanted to buy a home. I would absolutely work with him again. He was always there to answer questions and give advice.

Mrs. Stacy and Mr. Darrel helped us understand thing when they weren't clear. I don't think we could of navigated this process without them.

As a decorated veteran, who was eager to utilize Veteran United to secure a loan and purchase a home, I would not recommend Amanda Whitney from Iron Valley Real Estate for anyone's realty needs.
I felt and have shared with her, she was not working on my behalf throughout the entire process. I received no advice from her about the process, as a first time Veteran home buyer. She was more concerned with the seller's personal problem (going through a divorce) instead of being my realtor when it came to each major step of the process such as the offer letter, appraisal, inspection items that required fixing, etc. It appeared her only objective was ensuring she made her profit of the sale. When she obtained information from the buyer, she did not communicate accordingly and every request I made of the seller she told me "no" (every thing I stated are documented either via call, email or text). Later, her justification was to reiterate the seller's divorce and already knowing the seller is unable to financially handle items I desired to be fixed in the home prior to sale. She even stated the seller has no money to fix anything and for the process to continue she verbally and via text/email stated she will take care of the stated items on the buyers behalf. As of 10 days later, I have yet to hear from her on the matter which she disclosed she would have the money to fix the issues 3 days following the approval of the sale. Every document she sent I had to read and reread multiple times because based on our phone discussion she sent documentation that was different (amount for sale would be higher or no closing, etc. was missing) via email. She lied on multiple occasions and when I brought my concerns to her attention, she became defensive, combative and spoke in raised tone which made myself uncomfortable. The only resolve that came from the discussion, she began actively helping in the realty process (this was the last week of the sale after 2+ months of nothing) but only after mentioning her review following the sale. The only positive was completing the purchase of the home I wanted despite the tumultuous process that occurred when looking for a home.

Keith, was an absolute pleasure to work with. During these crazy times we live in on top of a short window to buy and close he made sure to get a viewing as fast as he could. With us being remote in VA he handled every showing great via FaceTime very meticulous and easy to work with him. Keith knew exactly what we were looking for after 1 conversation

Natalie was great. She answered all my questions and was prompt even when she had to research the answers. She was always kind and would even answer after hours. I would definitely recommend!

She and Mike were wonderful! I had her driving all over the area, looking at multiple homes, and asking dozens of questions weekly. They were the two that made out experience so amazing.

My real estate agent was really great, she was everything I expected in an agent. She made finding a home better despite the crazy market.
