Same comment for Kris, my Agent, who is located near my location. During this special event and time, it is always great to have a conversation face-to-face (6 feet and masks, of course :)). After a few meetings with Kris, I knew that Kris was not a typical agent. Kris has deep knowledge of his environments, of the real estate housing market, and the many components of a house. And like Kollin, very dedicated to the job. I trusted Kris and did my best to follow his guidance. Again, as with the Team, Kollin, Kris was very courteous to speak with. I really appreciated that kind of tone. I am sure Kris treated all of his past/future customers the same as with me. The experience was great with a dedicated Broker/Owner, Kris.
