She was on point and didn't mind taking my wife and me to houses no matter how many we wanted to see. Also she woud point out things of concern about houses that we would have not noticed or just simple things we could fix. We would not trade her for anyone else.

Ginger Atcheson needs to be removed from your agent list. As a buyer, I ended up going direct to the seller to negotiate the deal. Additionally, she sent us to the wrong address the day of closing and told us all we needed were our IDs. When we finally arrived at the correct address for a curbside closing with no lawyer present, she gave us incorrect advice on filling out the forms. We were then told we were supposed to have a $1,500 certified check! Ginger gave us the keys outside of the title company and we moved in on 15 June. The next day she texted to tell us the ACH transfer hadn't gone through and we may need to turn in our keys. A competent realtor would have gone out of their way to make this a pleasant home buying experience. This honestly couldn't have gone worse. I will be filing a complaint with Remax to make sure no Veteran has to go through what we did.

Ruth Goyette from Steepleview Realty was one of a kind. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent. She was always available (we actually had to tell her to stop replying to our emails so late at night because she worked so hard), and walked us through the whole process.Since this was our first time buying a home, she answered all of our questions and explained everything so we could understand the process.

Had many houses in my lifetime and was a licensed Realtor, Broker, and CCIM in the 70's. I can unequivocally state I have never worked with or known a finer Realtor. Rhonda was professional and very hard-working. She knew her business and was very experienced with VA real estate procedures.
