Ms. Molly Obannion of Sinclair Real Estate in Portsmouth Ohio was the only agent of 4 I contacted that actually returned my calls, or was willing to work with me in the area of the state I wanted to buy in. I would strongly recommend she be given as a sales representative to others in the future.
