Shellie Keever was amazing! She really new her stuff when it came to VA loans and was able to guide and direct us every step of the way. As first time homebuyers, we had no idea what to expect and what we needed to do but Shellie was right there for us always.
She worked after hours and weekends and was available around the clock to answer our questions.

Stephanie was really great with getting me listings and was available anytime to do showings which made the experience really easy. I dont work conventional hours so I was very appreciative of her flexibility. She also had a lot of knowledge on things to look for when walking through houses and things that might be potential issues in the future.

Our experience with Pat Brasel was extremely poor and I would not recommend her to anyone. As a first-time buyer, I felt confused and uninformed about the home buying process throughout the entire ordeal and she was not very helpful. In the beginning, she seemed to be willing and able to help us with whatever we needed. Then after about a week or two, she stopped replying to emails and phone calls in a timely manner and could not or would not answer any questions completely or satisfactorily. There were many issues that resulted in this poor rating, but in short, we came very close to losing the house and our earnest deposit due to inaction on the part of our real estate agent. Thankfully another agent who realized the urgency of the situation was able to step in, help re-establish communication with the other parties involved and kept the deal from falling apart.
