We have mixed feelings with out real estate agent. We love our home and are extremely grateful for her finding this gem and working tirelessly to find us the perfect home. We were a hard couple to work with not completely knowing what kind of a home we wanted and she joined us on the journey. As first time home buyers we needed more attention and explaining than what she gave us. She brushed off our concerns/questions with the majority of them falling of deaf ears. Once we were in contract we never heard anything from her until closing day. She not only didn't trust me to get my home buying homework done(paperwork) but rushed us on every decision to put all on trust in her.We do not recommend Roxanna. She is rude and plays off her bluntness as having a big personality. Her way or the highway mentality is what we felt from her. She was late to most of our appointments and would push it back a few minutes to be late to that time as well. She did not respect me and treated me like I was a child. Pressuring me to do whatever it was she asked right away or doing it for me.The example is on closing day I wanted to be present to all the documents I was about to sign and make sure I agree to everything before I call and take care of utilities. She gave me the info I thanked her. She told me I should call now since we were waiting in the Law firm office for our turn. I told her I would do it after our appointment and she than called the city and handed me the phone saying "you're #3 in line". Both Zenna and I were offended by her actions to do it for me and disregarding my comment to do it after the appointment.

Same comment as my loan officer.....he was very patient, answered every question I had, addressed concerns, and went to bat for me for what I wanted on the house.

Rachel was phenomenal! We were not sure we could find the house we wanted after one perfect house fell through, but she never let up and helped us find our ideal home. She was and still is extremely responsive, and this is particularly important due to the time difference. I couldn’t be happier with her performance.

She was perfect she started sending us houses of what we were looking for immediately and a lot of them at once (it’s a good thing) And when we did find the right one, she went ahead and set up the inspection for us so we didn’t have to take time from our busy day finding one and he was good as well!

Neil was recommended by VU, and I could not have found a better agent if I had searched for months, myself. Absolutely went the extra mile, and even did virtual walkthroughs of properties via his tablet for me since I was shopping from out of state.

Sally was outstanding. She was very helpful through the house hunting search and knew exactly what would and would not be approved by the VA. She made the house hunting fairly easy.
