I really enjoyed working with Eric Russell. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very disappointed that neither Veterans United nor Chicago Title Company informed Eric of the date and time for the closing. I believe Eric would have identified the mistakes Chicago Title made on the closing documents that led to confusion and upset people.

We can't say enough about Eddie! He was very patient and accommodating during our house hunting. He communicated constantly with us and our broker so everyone was always on the same page and his knowledge of the entire VA process was incredible.

When I applied for the rate reduction if I used a Veterans United realtor I was a little skeptical but I was mistaken. Renata was a true professional and exceeded all my expectations. She listened to everything I told her that I wanted and delivered ,many homes that met my criteria. Our Real Estate was Mr. Chad Morton and his incredible attitude and phenomenal knowledge allowed us to make the right decisions through which turned out to be an expansive journey. Incredibly good! We were working with her remotely for nearly all of this transaction and she was a complete pro! Went above and beyond to get us the information we needed about every house we were really interested in; she even would go out to them and send us pictures and walk us through the house virtually. Cannot recommend her highly enough.
