My real estate agent is the best! He has the patience of a saint! He took his time with me, guided me and even when i wouldn't listen, he never failed me. I thought I knew what I wanted, and he knew I would not be happy with it, but he took his time, showed me what i wanted and then, guided me to what he knew would make me happy. Never pushy, always there for me, even showed me houses on a holiday. Derrick should win an award for just putting up with me. He made buying a home a wonderful experience. I will recommend him to all my friends. I am so grateful to him for his experience, knowledge, and patience. He is not only "The Best" agent, but a wonderful person, it is certainly my pleasure working with him and so grateful for his guidance. Truly one of a kind!

Pete Carpenter seemed to be very interested in helping us with a purchase. When we were looking at homes that exceeded $350k. When we decided to go small and purchase a condo, his enthusiasm went downhill. He was short and seemed irritated when we had questions or needed assistance with items.We did not receive a mailbox key at closing and when I asked him to contact the sellers agent about one, he didn't follow up and I had to do it myself. It's amazing at the type of service you get when they realize they're not in for a big paycheck.

It seems like they were not working for me. This is the 5th time I have bought a home. In my experience I have never been told that I should pay any closing costs as suggested by my agent. Those are usually paid by the seller. It seems like they just weren’t that concerned. This is also the first time that my agent didn’t attend the closing. Furthermore, it has been four days since closing and I have yet to receive any type of congratulations or even a thank for letting me help find you a home.

Mike Rogers was an absolute pleasure to work with, from our first phone call to the closing, and all the viewings in-between. As someone with very little experience in buying a house, Mike turned what I expected to be a stressful process into a very enjoyable journey. He was very knowledgeable about the VA loan requirements and made sure I understood any issues there might be with some of the properties we viewed. After making an offer on a condo, Mike worked with both my lender and the seller's agent to get everything done to get to the closing. I will be recommending Mike to everyone I know who needs a realtor. He is a great realtor and a great person.

I didn't know what to expect especially when they said "...and we will assign you an agent in your area". If all the agents anywhere can do it like Neil Brooks then that's a party. Thanks for lifting the weight of home buying heebie geebies. Keeping on top of things, staying connected and listening. This went way better than expected. Neil is now in the family of "my go to guy" .

Laurie and Mike were great. We had to do most of the home-buying and searching virtually (99%), and they were patient and timely with everything. It helped out tremendously, especially in the Orlando market where it was just hard to find a house that wasn't immediately snatched up.
