Doug was quite the character, and maybe not the typical real estate agent, but he was great to work with. He was available at a moments notice, and helped my wife and I find a needle in a haystack during this crazy sellers market. If someone else was our agent, I truly do not know if we would've found our current house, so I surely owe that to him.

Started out great and then things were promised and went unfulfilled. Very disappointed. I thought that the agents we had were going to guide us throughout this process. Turns out they didn't. It was found out that they told us they were outside of their MLS area helping us buy our home. My wife blew up at that. " Why are we with these two and why would they tell us that"? She asked. I didn't have an answer to that. I just wanted to get it over with. There were many times a list of things we were expected to see and do promised with explanations as to how to accomplish these tasks but not delivered. We are dissatisfied with the agents performance and it felt like we were left on our own to try to figure out all of this. I wonder why they continually work outside their MLS area. That isn't good customer service if you can't deliver on any aspect of the process if you aren't available. We know because it was experienced by us.

Jim was an amazing realtor. He was always available for any questions I had no matter what time of day. He is extremely knowledgeable especially with VA loans. I would highly recommend Jim.
